Visions of Heaven



Our ideas about heaven have changed over the centuries, mostly its location and what it physically looks like in a misty, vaporous kind of way.
The Jewish philosopher Maimonides took a different approach than the endless philosophical and theological discussions, and said that it's best not to speculate too much on the afterlife because we can’t prove what happens there. It is better, he said, to focus on taking care of people here.
